Appointment reinforces Curve’s $200 million R&D commitment as the company approaches $100 million in annual recurring revenue and accelerates the cloud platform dental practices won’t outgrow .
Curve Dental ® , the leader in AI-powered, cloud-native all-in-one dental practice management software, today announced the promotion of Luke Anderson to Chief Product Officer, strengthening its executive leadership as the company accelerates an ambitious product roadmap.
Anderson joined Curve in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Product, leading Product and User Experience. In his expanded role, he will lead Curve’s global product strategy and roadmap, with a focus on native AI , automation, connected workflows and the continued expansion of its end-to-end cloud platform.
“The pressures on dental teams have changed dramatically, but many of the solutions in this industry haven’t kept pace,” said Dave Cormack, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Curve Dental. “We are investing heavily in our people and products to change that. Luke brings the product vision, AI expertise and operating discipline to turn that investment into solutions that make running a dental practice dramatically easier. Our goal is to build the most compelling native end-to-end cloud platform in the market, a platform practices won’t outgrow.”
Anderson’s appointment is another step in Curve’s broader investment in product innovation. The company supports more than 6,000 dental practice locations across North America and is approaching $100 million in annual recurring revenue, driven almost entirely by organic growth. Curve also recently announced a further $200 million commitment to research and development. In 2026, HealthStream Ventures, a leading healthcare business advisory firm, recognized Curve as the cloud-native leader in dental software.
Curve’s product strategy is built around a simple premise: dental teams should not have to manage a patchwork of disconnected technology to run their practices. Curve is building around the way dental teams actually work, bringing clinical , financial , administrative and patient-facing workflows together in one cloud-based dental platform, using AI and automation to reduce complexity, remove friction and give teams more time to focus on patients and growth.
“The opportunity here is bigger than shipping more features,” said Anderson. “Our job is to listen to dental teams, find where technology slows them down instead of helping, and fix that, simply and in ways that actually work together. We’re moving quickly, and there’s a lot more coming.”
Anderson brings more than two decades of leadership experience across product strategy, AI and machine learning, high-growth SaaS, private equity and management consulting. Before joining Curve, he led AI and machine learning initiatives at Chick-fil-A and served as Head of Product at OfficeSpace Software, where he led product strategy during a period in which the company nearly tripled annual recurring revenue. Earlier, he held roles with Resurgens Technology Partners and Bain & Company.
Anderson began his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, serving in leadership and product and program management roles. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Curve Dental will announce a series of new product launches and platform capabilities over the coming weeks as the company puts its expanded R&D investment to work.
