Wellfit and Careington Expand Strategic Partnership

Wellfit Technologies, Inc. (Wellfit), a healthcare technology platform innovator, announces it has agreed with long-time partner Careington International Corporation, a leader in the health and wellness benefits space, to acquire Careington’s Launch Loyalty dental membership plan business unit. The agreement provides for the continued servicing of Launch Loyalty customers by Careington® as the companies work together to integrate Wellfit’s plan technology offerings to enhance customer and member experiences.
