Nevada-based DSO, Absolute Dental Group, LLC, has acquired and opened new practices in the state, expanding its footprint. The late 2021 changes included opening three new practices and acquiring two locations. With the moves, Absolute Dental met its 2021 plan for growth, amounting to 13 practices.
Absolute Dental had a banner year, having closed seven acquisitions and opening six new practices in 2021; the new affiliations in 2021 amounted to a 54% growth rate. With the newest acquisitions and openings, the new practices for the DSO in Nevada reaches a total of 37.
"Despite the ongoing challenges of the global pandemic, 2021 has been an impressive growth story which resulted in Absolute Dental's highest level of growth since the company's inception," said David Drzewiecki, chief executive officer of Absolute Dental. "The additional practices will allow Absolute Dental to provide needed dental care and jobs to our communities in both northern and southern Nevada."
Going into 2022, the company plans to continue to grow with more acquisitions and openings as well as maturing or expanding its existing locations.
