Not brushing for the full, recommended 2 minutes, not brushing often enough, or using toothbrushes that are too hard are each thought to play a role in dental issues and cavities. An automatic toothbrush can take away some of the guesswork. The MYST automatic toothbrush purports to provide a “dental grade” clean in 30 seconds of daily use.

With a silicone mouthpiece, the device allows patients to get to all areas of their teeth and gums. The system was designed based on dental recommendations for proper brushing.
