The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) has created an online quiz tool to help patients learn if they are candidates for dental implants. The quiz is intended to help patients who may be interested in dental implants and are researching the topic online.
“We want this quiz to be helpful and informative,” says AAID President Alfred “Duke” Heller, DDS, MS, FAAID, DABOI/ID. “If the quiz results show someone should explore dental implants, our main goal is to connect that person with an expert implant dentist in their area to get a personalized consultation.”
The quiz is five questions and focuses on oral health. Patients who are candidates for dental implants are then provided with an online tool to find a local implant dentist who would meet their needs. Access the quiz here: https://connect.aaid-implant.org/quiz-candidate
