Westcove Advises Williamsburg Dental on its Partnership With Cordental Group
Westcove Partners, LLC (“Westcove”), an emerging and highly specialized investment bank, announced that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Williamsburg Dental (“Williamsburg”) in its partnership with Cordental Group (“Cordental”), a portfolio company of NMS Capital (“NMS”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Westcove’s deal team included Abe M’Bodj, director; Bill Bolding, vice president; and Amr Baumy, analyst. Dykema Gossett PLLC served as legal counsel to Williamsburg.
