DentalMonitoring CEO Philippe Salah wins Baldrige Foundation Excellence in Leadership Award

The Baldrige Foundation, based in Washington, D.C., announced the winners of their Excellence in Leadership Awards in January 2023. DentalMonitoring CEO Philippe Salah was named an award recipient in the health care sector.

The Baldrige Foundation was created as the private partner to the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program in 1988. For nearly 30 years, Baldrige award recipients have been driving innovation in every sector of the economy.

Al Faber, president and CEO of the Foundation for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, said in the news release that there are four categories of leadership awards that recognize outstanding individuals, leaders and others who embody Baldrige leadership and management values and principles. He said that the individuals who are recognized have provided outstanding service to the Baldrige community and beyond.

Salah said he is proud of the company’s AI-powered platform and patented technology that allows the team to improve the quality of care, enabling practice optimization and growth while improving patient experience.

“Our organization succeeds because we have a shared goal that is bigger than any of us,” he said. “To lead such an extraordinary team is to be a constant motor behind our vision of connected, smarter and more sustainable orthodontic care.”

The Foundation’s Leadership Awards will be presented during a luncheon held as part of the annual Quest for Excellence conference near Washington, D.C. on April 4, 2023.
