Keating Dental Lab celebrates 20th anniversary

The lab is one of America’s top dental labs, providing end-to-end solutions for thousands of dental practices nationwide

“Like any great company, you’re only as good as your people, and for the last 20 years we’ve been blessed to have some of the best people in the dental industry working with us,” said Shaun Keating. The dental lab that bears his name is celebrating its 20th anniversary this month and reflecting on its dedication to prioritize client satisfaction.

The company stands behind the mantra of ‘You can count on Keating,’ and describes its aim to be  the most personalized lab in America.

Shaun Keating started Keating Dental Lab in 2002 as a one-man set-up, servicing local dentists in the Irvine, California area. Since that time, it has grown considerably, adding new employees to keep pace with demand. Currently, Keating employs 125 people with over 2,000 years of combined experience and has produced more than two million restorations to date.

Known for their committed customer service, Keating Dental Lab aims to be a natural extension of every practice they serve. They’re a family-run business and treat clients like family, valuing personalized relationships, detailed laboratory work, on-time delivery, and unwavering care for their customers.

“I count on Keating because I don’t want a problem; I want things to go smoothly, like clockwork, and they do,” said Dr. Scott Lamming, a 15-year Keating customer based in San Juan Capistrano. “Thanks to Keating we don’t have any issues with our lab work: It’s on time, it fits, and it looks good,” he added.

Bob Brandon, Keating Dental Lab general manager and an employee for 20 years, has witnessed the robust growth experienced by the company.

“We utilize technology to work smarter for our customers, providing the perfect blend of technical expertise, consistent results and lasting relationships based on communication and feedback, adding value to our clients’ practices,” he said.
