Pick those now, put registration-open dates on the calendar, and let the rest of the season go.

The Greater New York Dental Meeting is the largest U.S. dental meeting, drawing more than 30,000 attendees and 450+ exhibitors to the Javits Center each year around Thanksgiving. It is also the only major U.S. meeting with free general registration; the 2026 edition runs November 27 through December 1.

The International Dental Show runs March 16-20, 2027 at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. IDS is held only in odd-numbered years and is the largest dental trade show in the world, where global manufacturers debut products months before they reach U.S. exhibit halls.
