Intelibly and Synchrony Partner to Expand Dental Financing Access

Although more than 80% of dentists in the U.S.

Intelibly®, an innovative dental technology platform dedicated to seamlessly connecting patients, providers, and payors, recently announced a strategic partnership with Synchrony (NYSE: SYF), a leading consumer financing company. Through this partnership, Synchrony’s CareCredit® health and wellness credit card will be integrated into Intelibly’s platform, giving patients seamless access to financing options when they inquire about and book appointments, while helping dental practices accelerate revenue cycles and improve treatment acceptance.

Although more than 80% of dentists in the U.S. accept Synchrony’s CareCredit card, many patients are not actively made aware of the ability to finance oral care. Without awareness of financing options, patients may postpone or scale back treatment, while practices face delayed payment cycles.

With Intelibly’s integration, patients receive an invitation to apply for CareCredit as soon as they request or schedule an appointment, ensuring they are aware of financing options before their visit. For providers, this means increased case acceptance and faster payment.

Patients can use CareCredit to cover the portion of treatment not covered by insurance and move forward with the care they need, from a single procedure to a comprehensive treatment plan.
